Although it would be impressive to see Kratos use Mjolnir in God of War Ragnarok, the game's director says there's a solid reason why he can't.
God of War Ragnarok's release has proven to be another huge success for the game's creator, Sony Santa Monica, and it more than meets the standards that its predecessor set for many gamers. In order to find answers before Ragnarok, Kratos and his son Atreus go on an epic quest across the nine realms, which is continued in the game. The Leviathan Axe, the Blades of Chaos, and a third weapon that is obtained in the game's final act are all once more in Kratos' possession.
